Abstract:
This ophthalmic solution container (30) includes an accommodation part (31) that accommodates an ophthalmic solution. The accommodation part (31) is formed from a layered body that includes: a layer containing a cyclic olefin copolymer; and a layer containing a polyethylene resin and disposed on the outer side of the layer containing the cyclic olefin copolymer. The thickness of the layer containing the cyclic olefin copolymer is 50–1000 µm, and the thickness of the layered body is 300–2000 µm. With this container, it is possible to: suppress sorption (adsorption and absorption) of the ophthalmic solution; improve moisture barrier properties and thus suppress evaporation; and reduce squeeze strength.
