Abstract:
Disclosed is an opposed aluminum melting furnace flow equalization combustion system, comprising a furnace body (1), a first heat storage unit (10), a second heat storage unit (20), and four fuel spraying guns arranged diagonally on two end walls of the furnace body (1). A first fuel spraying gun (100) is located at a side of a first end wall of the furnace body (1) adjacent to the second heat storage unit (20), a second fuel spraying gun (200) is located at a side of a second end wall of the furnace body (1) adjacent to the first heat storage unit (10), a third fuel spraying gun (300) is located at a side of the second end wall of the furnace body (1) adjacent to the second heat storage unit (20), and the fourth fuel spraying gun (400) is located at a side of the first end wall of the furnace body (1) adjacent to the first heat storage unit (10). The fuel gas spraying direction of the first fuel spraying gun (100) is parallel to that of the second fuel spraying gun (200), with the spacing between axes thereof being H, and the fuel gas spraying direction of the third fuel spraying gun (300) is parallel to that of the fourth fuel spraying gun (400), with the spacing between the axes thereof being H. The spacing H between the axes is set to be from 1/4 to 1/10 of the width of the furnace body (1) such that fuel gases entering a furnace chamber are opposed to each other to form a swirl.
