Provided are an optical anti-counterfeiting element and an optical anti-counterfeiting product including same. The optical anti-counterfeiting element (1) comprises: a substrate (2), the substrate (2) comprising a first surface (31) and a second surface (32) which are arranged in a mutually opposing manner; a sampling and compositing layer (21) formed on at least a portion of the first surface (31) of the substrate (2); a micro-image layer (22) formed on at least a portion of the second surface (32) of the substrate (2), the micro-image layer (22) comprising a surface micro-structure and a reflective layer (223) at least isomorphically covering the surface micro-structure, the surface micro-structure being an interference-type surface micro-structure (221) and/or a light absorption-type surface micro-structure (224). The sampling and compositing layer (21) can perform sampling and compositing on the micro-image layer (22) so as to form one or more macro composite images. The optical anti-counterfeiting element has the advantages of being easy to identify, and difficult to forge.
