Abstract:
An optical assembly (207) includes a first optical element, provided as a wedge prism (216), rotatable about a first axis (217) and configured to receive a light beam (140b) at a first surface (214) of the first optical element and refract the light beam (140b) to a second surface (218) of the first optical element at which the light beam (140c) exits the first optical element; and a second optical element (220) spaced from the first optical element and positioned to receive the light beam (140c) that exits the first optical element, the second optical element (220) rotatable about a second axis (222) and configured to refract the light beam (140c) at a first surface (224) of the second optical element (220) and reflect the light beam (140d) by a reflective surface (226) of the second optical element (220) before the light beam (140e) exits the second optical element.
