Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: an optical body, which is novel and modified and with which it is possible to improve light-emitting luminance and permeability; a method for producing the optical body; a light-emitting device; and a display device for a game device. [Solution] In order to solve this problem, one aspect of this invention provides an optical body comprising: a substrate; and a light-extraction portion which is formed on the surface of at least one side of the substrate and which extracts internally propagated light which has entered the substrate from the side surface thereof, and extracts the light to the exterior of the substrate. The light-extraction portion has a textured structure in which at least either recesses or protrusions have a frustum shape, the filling ratio of the textured structure is at least 15%, and light permeability is at least 50%.
