Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to easily achieve optical alignment between a light waveguide device and an optical connection part at low cost. Provided is an optical circuit in which a light waveguide to be connected to an optical fiber is formed. The optical circuit includes, at a light waveguide end surface to which an optical connection part having a guide hole through which a core of the optical fiber is inserted: an alignment light waveguide facing a guide hole through which an alignment optical fiber is inserted; and an optical path conversion member for changing an optical path in a direction vertical to an optical axis direction of a core of the alignment light waveguide.
