Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a novel and improved optical communication connector, an optical communication cable, and an electronic device, said optical communication connector having excellent maintenance properties and being capable of preventing direct radiation of parallel light (collimated light) outside the optical connector during non-optical coupling. [Solution] An optical communications connector is provided that comprises: a collimating lens that collimates light from an optical transmission path; a refracting section arranged further on a tip side than the collimating lens and bending and emitting light from the optical transmission path, said light having been emitted from the collimating lens; and a scattering section that scatters at least some of the light emitted from the refracting section.
