Abstract:
This terminal device for performing optical communication with a base station device comprises: a plurality of light-receiving units arranged toward an optical axis in mutually different directions; and a control unit which, when receiving same data optical signals which are simultaneously broadcast from a plurality of base station devices, performs an identification process for identifying each of the light receiving units which receive the same data optical signals. The control unit performs a synthesis process for synthesizing the reception signals of the respective light-emitting units identified by the identification process.
