Abstract:
Provided is a structure for connecting a flexible substrate attached to a housing-side surface of an optical control module to an external substrate, wherein the connection structure has high mechanical reliability while achieving space savings and enhanced high-frequency characteristics. An insertion part (136) inserted in a slit (122) provided in an external substrate is formed in the vicinity of an external substrate (120) side of a flexible substrate (130). The insertion part has ground terminals (135B, 135C) and a signal terminal (135A) to which a high-frequency signal is inputted, and is a structure for integrally supporting the signal terminal (135A) and the ground terminals (135B, 135C).
