Abstract:
Disclosed are an optical coupler, a communication method and a communication system, which belong to the field of communications. The communication system comprises: N transmitters, M receivers and an optical coupler, wherein N and M are both positive integers greater than 1. Each of the N transmitters is used for sending a first optical signal to the optical coupler. The optical coupler is used for coupling N first optical signals, which are sent by the N transmitters, into one second optical signal, and broadcasting and sending the second optical signal to the M receivers. Each of the M receivers is used for receiving the second optical signal sent by the optical coupler, and demodulating the second optical signal. By means of the present application, a communication delay in a communication system can be reduced.
