Abstract:
An optical demultiplexing device (10) and a manufacturing method therefor, the optical demultiplexing device (10) comprising a waveguide unit (11) and a reflection unit (12), the waveguide unit (11) has a first substrate (111), an input unit (112), a grating (113) and a second substrate (117), and the input unit (112) is formed on the first substrate (111) and has a slit (114) for receiving an optical signal; the grating (113) is formed on the first substrate (111) and can generate an output light beam after demultiplexing the optical signal; and the second substrate (117) is provided on the input unit (112) and the grating (113), and forms a waveguide space between the second substrate and the first substrate (111), and the reflection unit (12) is provided outside the waveguide unit (11) to change the exit angle of the output light beam.
