Abstract:
Provided is an optical converter that is attachable and detachable to an optical device main body (2), excluding an optical system, and constitutes a prescribed optical system by combination with a projection lens unit (3) for projecting light emitted by the optical device main body (2) onto a projection surface unit (4) and displaying an image, wherein the optical converter is provided with an optical system (5) that has: a relay lens unit (6) that deflects a virtual position (Xv) for a display panel unit (Ppp) incorporated into the optical device main body (2) forward in the direction (Fc) of light travel with respect to an actual disposed position Xs for the display panel unit (Ppp); and a lens shifting mechanism unit (7) for holding the projection lens unit (3) disposed forward of this relay lens unit (6) in the direction (Fc) of light travel and displacing the projection lens unit (3) in the vertical direction (Fv) and/or horizontal direction (Fh).
