Abstract:
The optical device comprises imaging optics that form an image of an object under examination, an image sensor that outputs an image signal of the image of the object under examination formed by the imaging optics, a spatial modulator element that causes the phase of the wave front in the pupil of the imaging optics to change, and a control unit that controls the spatial modulator element on the basis of the image signal output by the image sensor.
