Abstract:
In the present invention, a conductor on a substrate and an electrical component are directly electrically connected when the conductor is covered by a covering body (a protective film), thus making it possible to reduce contact resistance between the electrical component and a terminal. The present invention relates to an optical device that is provided with: an optical element; a terminal section that is electrically connected to the optical element; and an electrical component (40) that is joined with the terminal section. The terminal section comprises a conductor (20) and a conductive protective film (210) that is formed on the conductor (20). The electrical component (40) and the conductor (20) are joined via an opening (212) in the protective film (210).
