Abstract:
An optical device (100) is, for instance, a light emitting device or a photoelectric conversion device (for instance, a solar cell), and is provided with a substrate (110), a conductive section (124), a first electrode (120), a functional layer (130), and a second electrode (140). The conductive section (124) is formed on a first surface (112) of the substrate (110). The first electrode (120) covers the first surface (112) of the substrate (110), and the conductive section (124). The second electrode (140) overlaps the first electrode (120). The functional layer (130) is positioned between the first electrode (120) and the second electrode (140). The conductive section (124) has a configuration wherein a first layer (210) and a second layer (220) are stacked in this order. An upper surface of an end section (222) of the second layer (220) is tilted in the direction to be close to the first surface (112).
