Abstract:
This optical device comprises, for example: at least one optical component that reflects first light, traveling in a first direction, in a second direction and transmits second light traveling in the second direction, and generates leakage light that travels in the first direction and includes a component of the first light that is transmitted in the first direction and a component of the second light that is reflected in the first direction; a first processing unit that absorbs the leakage light and reflects the leakage light in a prescribed direction, and at least one second processing unit that absorbs leakage light from the first processing unit.
