Abstract:
A raw material supplier (I) produces a raw material of a synthetic resin substrate (1) by using a substrate raw material production device (A). A press company (II) produces a synthetic resin substrate (1) from the raw material by using an optical disc production device (B), successively arranges a recording layer (2) and a reflection layer (3) to obtain an optical disc (d), and records predetermined information on the optical disc (d) by further using an information recording device (C). The press company (II) collects a pure and transparent synthetic resin substrate (1) from an optical disc (d) which has become unnecessary by using a substrate collecting device (D) and delivers it to the raw material supplier (I).
