Abstract:
An optical disc reproducing device is provided with a first control means for holding
difference information generated by carrying out an arithmetic operation for
comparing track forefront position information detected at reproducing of
an optical disc (10) with track forefront position information obtained with reference
to index information recorded on the disc, and a second control means for correcting
the track forefront position information in accordance with the held difference
information in the case that a search request is received from the outside.
