Abstract:
Provided are: an optical element which has a simple structure and with which it is possible to adjust the optical properties thereof; and a method for producing same. This optical element (10) comprises: a first electrode layer (12); a second electrode layer (13); and a polymer material layer (11) positioned between the first electrode layer (12) and the second electrode layer (13). When voltage is applied, the polymer material layer (11) is deformed to form a light-scattering body (15) on the surface of the optical element (10).
