Abstract:
There is provided a multilayer diffractive optical element in which a first resin layer formed of a resin composition containing fine particles of a transparent conductive substance and having a diffraction grating shape and a second resin layer used for oxygen transmission and having at least one diffraction grating shape surface are laminated on a transparent substrate so that the diffraction grating shape of the first resin layer and that of the second resin layer face each other, and in which a space for supplying oxygen is provided on the second resin layer. By the structure as described above, a high diffraction efficiency state can be maintained in the entire visible range without any change with time.
