Abstract:
Provided is an optical element package which houses a reflective-type optical element, wherein the maximum incidence angle and the maximum emergence angle with respect to the optical element are widened. An encapsulation resin (5) is filled in an interspace between an LCOS element (2) and a package case (1). The lateral faces (2s) and rear face (2b) of the LCOS element are covered with the encapsulation resin (5).
