Abstract:
The present application relates to an optical panel and an optical panel. The present application provides an optical element having an optical layer of which a light axis or a light absorption axis continuously changes. The optical element in the present application can be used for controlling light characteristics in electronic devices such as a display device, for example, or for windows or shades on buildings or vehicles, and thus can be used for a variety of purposes requiring the continuous change on the light axis or the light absorption axis.
