Abstract:
An optical-energy cell apparatus, comprising an energy collecting part, an energy
storage capacitor (3) and a stabilizer (4) of low voltage difference, the energy
collecting part is formed by making at least a group of an optical-energy assembly
(1) and a diode (2) which is in series with the optical-energy assembly connect
in parallel, one end of the energy collecting part is grounded, and another end
is connected with the positive end of the energy storage capacitor (3), the negative
end of the energy storage capacitor (3) is grounded; the input end of the stabilizer
(4) is connected with the positive end of the energy storage capacitor (3), and
the output end is the positive output end of the whole optical-energy cell, the
grounding end of the stabilizer (4) is grounded and is used as the negative output
end of the whole optical-energy cell.
