Abstract:
An optical fiber amplification apparatus, comprising a light receiving port (201), a first light output port (202), a second light output port (203), a gain medium (204), a pump laser (205), a reflection film (206), and a transmission and reflection film (207). The pump laser (205) activates an amplification function of the gain medium (204) for an optical signal, and a combined wave optical signal that comprises a first wave band optical signal and a second wave band optical signal is incident on the gain medium (204) by means of the light receiving port (201). The reflection film (206) causes the combined wave optical signal to be reflected back and forth in the gain medium (204); after the first wave band optical signal reaches a first target gain, the first wave band optical signal is output from the gain medium (204) to the first light output port (202) by means of the transmission and reflection film (207); the second wave band optical signal is reflected back and forth in the gain medium (204), so as to be further amplified; and after the second wave band optical signal reaches a second target gain, the second wave band optical signal is output from the gain medium (204) to the second light output port (203). The optical fiber amplification apparatus is used for realizing the integrated amplification of at least two wave bands and realizing flexible control over a gain.
