The present invention provides an optical fiber cable skein structure for temperature monitoring, and a server rack system comprising same, the optical fiber cable skein structure facilitating temperature measurement for a plurality of server modules and comprising: a support unit coupled to an external frame; and a plate unit coupled to the support unit, and arranged to be adjacent to the server modules, wherein the plate unit includes, on the outer circumferential surface thereof, an inner winding member on which an optical fiber cable for sensing the temperature of the server modules is wound.
