An optical fiber connector, comprising a multi-core optical fiber adaptor assembly (1) and a protective assembly (2) which is docked with the multi-core optical fiber adaptor assembly (1); the multi-core optical fiber adaptor assembly (1) comprises a tail protective sleeve (11), a base (12) into which the tail protective sleeve (11) is inserted, a pre-terminated multi-core optical fiber adaptor (13) which is connected to the base (12), and a first protective casing (14) which is sleeved on the pre-terminated multi-core optical fiber adaptor (13) and is connected to the base (12); the protective assembly (2) comprises an inner supporting and clamping element (21), a connecting element (22), and a second protective casing (23), the inner supporting and clamping element (21) being provided inside the second protective casing (23), the connecting element (22) being provided inside the second protective casing (23) and sleeved on the inner supporting and clamping element (21). The optical fiber connector has good weatherability and is resistant to water, dust, and ultraviolet radiation. Moreover, the optical fiber connector can satisfy the requirements of multi-core connection, allows convenient and rapid mounting and dismounting and is plug-and-play compliant.
