Abstract:
Provided is an optical fiber cutter storage case which can protect an optical fiber cutter from being damaged. An optical fiber cutter storage case (1) includes a case base body (30) and a case lid body (32) integrally formed with the case base body (30) in an openable and closable manner. A cutter positioning part (38) is formed in the inner bottom surface of the case base body (30) and positions a cutter main body (5) of a cutter unit (3). Latches (39A and 39B) protruding into the case base body (30) are disposed in the upper parts of positioning walls (35A and 35B) which form part of the cutter positioning part (38). The latches (39A and 39B) have a function of restraining a base (8) of the cutter main body (5) in the height direction of the case base body (30). Furthermore, the latch (39A) has a function of restraining a slider (15) of the cutter unit (3) in the sliding direction.
