Abstract:
In order to improve an optical power supply efficiency, this optical fiber power supply system is provided with: a power supply device 110 including a semiconductor laser for performing laser oscillation by electric power to output power supply light; a power receiving device 310 including a photoelectric conversion element 311 for converting the power supply light to electric power; an optical fiber cable 200A for transmitting the power supply light; a measurement unit 150A for measuring the distance from the power supply device to the power receiving device; and a control device 153A for controlling the power supply device so as to output the power supply light by changing a laser wavelength on the basis the distance from the power supply device to the power receiving device, which is measured by the measurement unit, in accordance with the transmission distance of the power supply light.
