Abstract:
An optical fiber sensing-based laminated bearing, applied in the technical field of bridge bearing mechanical response monitoring, and comprising a laminated bearing (1) and a distributed strain sensing optical fiber (2). The distributed strain sensing optical fiber (2) is arranged around the side surfaces of the laminated bearing (1), thus facilitating real-time online monitoring of the laminated bearing (1), timely detection of anomalies of the laminated bearing (1), and real-time knowing of the health status of the laminated bearing (1). Also provided is an optical fiber sensing-based monitoring system, comprising laminated bearings (1), a signal transmission optical fiber (3), and an optical fiber signal analysis device (4), wherein the distributed strain sensing optical fibers (2) of the laminated bearings (1) are connected in series by means of the signal transmission optical fiber (3) to form a networked system. Also provided is a mounting method for the optical fiber sensing-based monitoring system, capable of combining the monitoring system and bridge construction, and connecting multiple laminated bearings (1) in series for networking. Also provided is a monitoring method of the optical fiber sensing-based monitoring system, capable of extracting strain data of laminated bearings (1) at different positions, and monitoring and analyzing complex stress states, thereby facilitating knowing of the health statuses of bridge laminated bearings (1) and evaluation of anomalies of the laminated bearings (1).
