Abstract:
This optical fiber winding bobbin (10) comprises: a body section (11) around which an optical fiber (1) is wound; a first flange part (12) extending from the body section (11) in a radial direction; and a seal member (20) affixed to a second primary surface (12b) of the first flange part (12). A slit (16) penetrating the first flange part (12) is provided in the first flange part (12). A part of the seal member (20) covers at least a part of the slit (16), and at least a part of the portion, of the seal member (20), covering the slit (16) is a non-adhesive part.
