Abstract:
This optical film is provided with a first transparent film base material, and a matte layer arranged over the first transparent film base material, the matter layer having an irregular shape. The coefficient of static friction of the matte layer is 0.3 or less, and the maximum height roughness Rz of the matte layer is 0.05-8 μm.
