Abstract:
This optical film is provided with: a low refractive index layer that includes a plurality of lens parts; and a high refractive index layer that is filled between the plurality of the lens parts. The lens parts, which have columnar shapes and have flat sections at the respective tips, are arranged two-dimensionally. When AIN represents a distance between the flat sections of the lens parts adjacent to each other in a first direction parallel to a film surface, AEX represents a distance between end portions on the opposite side to the flat sections of the lens parts adjacent to each other in the first direction, PA represents a pitch in the first direction of the lens parts adjacent to each other in the first direction, BIN represents a distance between the flat sections of the lens parts adjacent to each other in a second direction, BEX represents a distance between end portions on the opposite side to the flat sections of the lens parts adjacent to each other in the second direction, PB represents a pitch that is a distance between at a medium point in the second direction of the lens parts adjacent to each other in the second direction, ((PA-((AIN+AEX)/2))×(PB-((BIN+BEX)/2)))/(PA×PB) equals 0.42 to 0.70.
