Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an optical film 10, which is provided with, in the following order: a substrate 11 including an acrylic resin; a hard coat layer 12 including a binder resin 12A and a plurality of particles 12B; and a functional layer 13 adhering to the hard coat layer 12, wherein the optical film 10 is provided with an underlying layer 14 provided between the substrate 11 and the hard coat layer 12, and includes a resin, the optical film 10 having a haze value of 1.0% or less.
