Abstract:
An optical film according to the present invention contains a cycloolefin resin, wherein: the cycloolefin resin contains an ethylenic compound as a copolymer component; the moisture permeability (40°C, 95% RH) of the optical film is in the range of 0.1-60 g/(m2·24 h); one surface of the optical film is a roughened surface; and the one-surface outside haze of the roughened surface is not less than 0.02% but less than 0.10%.
