Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an optical film (F) with an antifouling layer according to the present invention comprises a step for forming an antifouling layer (23) on one surface side, in a thickness direction (D), of a transparent base material film (10), while conveying the transparent base material film (10) by a roll-to-roll system. The transparent base material film (10) has a surface free energy of 45 mN/m or less on the other surface in the thickness direction (D). An optical film (F) with an antifouling layer according to the present invention is provided with a transparent base material film (10), and an antifouling layer (23) disposed on one surface side, in a thickness direction (D), of the transparent base material film (10). The transparent base material film (10) has a surface free energy of 45 mN/m or less on the other surface in the thickness direction (D).
