Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide an optical film which contains vanadium dioxide-containing particles and is not susceptible to the influence of the environment of usage, and wherein the near-infrared light shielding rate is able to be adjusted in accordance with the temperature environment.
An optical film (1) according to the present invention is characterized by: having an optical function layer (3), which contains vanadium dioxide-containing particles having thermochromic properties, on a transparent base (2); and having at least one transparent thermal insulation layer (5) on a surface of the optical function layer (3), said surface being on the reverse side of the transparent base (2)-side surface.
