Abstract:
Filters (1-4) pass through beams having different wavelengths within a wavelength band
of 1,300nm, respectively. The spectral transmission factors of the filters in
a visible light region are specified so that the filters are seen red, yellow, green
and blue when viewed. Therefore, the filters are prevented from being wrongly
arranged in assembly, and furthermore, inspection is facilitated.
