Abstract:
The present invention provides an optical filter comprising a first glass substrate and a second glass substrate having an average transmittance of 80% or more of light having a wavelength of 400-600 nm, and an absorption layer provided between the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate, wherein the absorption layer contains at least one near-infrared-absorbing dye (A) selected from a squarylium dye, a cyanine dye, and a diimonium dye, and a transparent resin having a glass transition temperature of 130°C or above.
