Abstract:
This optical filter (1a) is provided with a UV-IR absorption layer and has the characteristics (i) to (v) indicated below when light having a wavelength of 300-1200 nm is incident thereon at an angle of incidence of 0°. (i) The average transmittance in the wavelength range of 450-600 nm is 78% or more. (ii) The spectral transmittance in the wavelength range of 750-1080 nm is 1% or less. (iii) The spectral transmittance in the wavelength range of 300-350 nm is 1% or less. (iv) The spectral transmittance decreases together with increases in wavelength in the wavelength range of 600-750 nm, and a first IR cutoff wavelength is present in the wavelength range of 620-680 nm. (v) The spectral transmittance increases together with increases in wavelength in the wavelength range of 350-450 nm, and a first UV cutoff wavelength is present in the wavelength range of 380-430 nm.
