Abstract:
Provided is an optical image measurement device which can clearly capture an OCT image in a plurality of depth bands and reduce the time required for capturing the image.  The device divides a low-coherence light into a signal light and a reference light and switches the optical path length of the reference light into an optical path length corresponding to a first depth band or a second depth band.  The device has an optical system for converging a signal light to the first depth band when an object to be measured and an objective lens are positioned at a predetermined work distance.  When forming a tomogram of the second depth band, a depth band switching lens is inserted into the optical system so as to shift the depth for converging the signal light to the second depth band while maintaining the work distance.
