Abstract:
The present invention relates to an optical ionizer. Such an optical ionizer comprises: an X-ray tube receiving an external voltage, using an electron potential difference to attract electrons, and using electron collision to emit X-rays; a silicon cap being molded to enclose the entrance of the X-ray tube; a first case enclosing the outside of the X-ray tube and the silicon cap, and having a round hole on one side thereof that corresponds to the diameter of the X-ray tube; a connecting unit connected to the silicon cap and having a first electrode connecting portion, a second electrode connecting portion, and an angle adjusting portion; a high voltage generating unit receiving an external power supply to generate a direct current high voltage and apply a voltage to the X-ray tube, and having at least one electrical wire; an insertion unit connected to the high voltage generating unit through the at least one electrical wire, having a cylindrical shape being hollow inside and having an open top surface, so that the connecting unit is inserted therein, and having at least one electrode; and a second case enclosing the exteriors of the high voltage generating unit and the insertion unit, and having a hole formed in a side thereof and a screw passing through the hole so as to fix the connecting unit to the insertion unit. Accordingly, only a head portion including the X-ray tube can be disassembled and replaced, so that the cost involved in replacing the head of the optical ionizer can be reduced. Also, because the coupling position and angle of the head portion including the X-ray tube can be adjusted, the effect can be realized of being able to adjust the angle of X-ray emissions.
