Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an optical laminate film exhibiting excellent reflection colour, and an organic electroluminescent display device which uses said optical laminate film, and which exhibits excellent reflection colour when turned off. This optical laminate film has a polarizer, a phase difference layer, and a circular polarization separation layer, provided in that order. The Re(550) of the phase difference layer is 120-160 nm. The transmission axis of the polarizer and the slow axis of the phase difference layer are disposed so as to be at an angle of 45˚±10˚. The circular polarization separation layer is a cholesteric liquid crystal layer which has a liquid crystal molecule as a main component, is obtained by fixing a cholesteric liquid crystal phase, and has an Re(550) in the range of 0.5-3.0 nm. The circular polarization separation layer has an in-plane phase difference. The angle formed between the slow axis of the phase difference layer and the slow axis of the circular polarization separation layer is in the range of -30˚ to 30˚.
