Abstract:
The purpose of this invention is to provide: an optical laminate having exceptional bending resistance, scratch resistance, durability, and shape stability; an organic EL display device comprising the optical laminate; and a foldable device using the organic EL display device. This optical laminate comprises a glass sheet, a first adhesive layer, a polarizer layer, a second adhesive layer, and an optically anisotropic layer, in that order. The thickness of the glass sheet is less than 100 μm. The polarizer layer is formed from a polarizer layer formation composition including a liquid crystal compound and an organic dichroic substance. The distance A between the first adhesive layer and the polarizer layer is 10 μm or less. The distance B between the polarizer layer and the second adhesive layer is 10 μm or less. If there are two or more adhesive layers between the glass sheet and the polarizer layer, the first adhesive layer is the adhesive layer closest to the polarizer layer. If there are two or more adhesive layers between the polarizer layer and the optically anisotropic layer, the second adhesive layer is the adhesive layer closest to the polarizer layer.
