Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an optical laminated film simple in structure using easily manufactured and highly versatile components and capable of detecting the polarized state of light, and a polarization imaging sensor using the optical laminated film. The present invention that solves this problem is provided with: first and second phase difference plates each having a pattern optical anisotropic layer; and a polarizing plate in which polarizing axes are aligned in one direction, wherein the pattern optical anisotropic layer is divided into a plurality of band-like regions among which a phase difference is constant within the same plane, the directions of slow-phase axes in one of the band-like regions are identical, and has a plurality of units each comprising a plurality of band-like regions in each of which the directions of the slow-phase axes are all different, and the first phase difference plate, the second phase difference plate, and the polarizing plate are sequentially stacked such that the band-like regions of the two phase difference plates intersect.
