Abstract:
Provided is an optical layered body having an excellent light take-out function. An optical layered body according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light take-out layer which has first and second main surfaces and has provided on either of the first and second main surfaces a light take-out mechanism including a recess therein; a first cover sheet which is layered on one of the main surfaces, of the light take-out layer, having provided thereon the light take-out mechanism with a first adhesive layer therebetween; and a second cover sheet which is layered on the other of the main surfaces, of the light take-out layer, without having provided thereon the light take-out mechanism with a second first adhesive layer therebetween. At either of the first and second main surfaces of the light take-out layer, a region having a refractive index smaller than that of the first or second adhesive layer is provided.
