Disclosed in the present invention are an optical lens and an imaging device. The optical lens sequentially comprises a first lens, a diaphragm, a second lens, a third lens, and a filter along an optical axis from an object side to an imaging surface; the first lens has a positive focal power, an object-side surface thereof is a convex surface, and an image-side surface thereof is a concave surface or a convex surface; the second lens has a positive focal power, an object-side surface thereof is a concave surface, and an image-side surface thereof is a convex surface; the third lens has a negative focal power, an object-side surface thereof is a convex surface, an image-side surface thereof is a concave surface at a position adjacent to the optical axis, and the image-side surface thereof has at least one inflection point; the first lens, the second lens, and the third lens are plastic aspherical lenses. The optical lens provided by the present invention has the characteristics of wide viewing angle, large aperture, small distortion and high imaging quality, and is more suitable for design requirements of the DToF technology.
