Disclosed in the present invention are an optical lens and an imaging device. The optical lens sequentially comprises, from an object side to an imaging surface along an optical axis: a first lens, a diaphragm, a second lens, a third lens, and a fourth lens; the first lens has negative focal power, the object side surface of the first lens is a convex surface, and the image side surface of the first lens is a concave surface; the second lens has positive focal power, the object side surface and the image side surface of the second lens are both convex surfaces; the third lens has positive focal power, the object side surface and the image side surface of the third lens are both convex surfaces; and the fourth lens has negative focal power, the object side surface of the fourth lens is a convex surface at a position near the optical axis and at least has an inflection point, and the image side surface of the fourth lens is a concave surface at a position near the optical axis and at least has an inflection point.
