Abstract:
In a method for performing spectrum control on Stokes light, among the CARS measurement methods, a spectrum control unit is configured using a grating and a spatial filter, and thus the spectrum control unit is large in size, and moreover precise optical adjustment is necessary, for example. Therefore, the present invention uses a waveguide-type wavelength filter having a predetermined periodic structure so that the shape of a spectrum can be easily controlled using a small device. To form the wavelength filter, femtosecond laser machining having a high degree of freedom of control is used.
