Abstract:
An optical measurement system (10), comprising: a transmitter (11), which is configured to transmit, to a target object (20), linearly polarized light (30) having at least two different polarization directions; a collector (12), which is configured to respectively receive linearly polarized light (40) in at least two different polarization directions that is reflected back by the target object (20), and generate photon signals corresponding to the polarization directions; a read circuit, which is configured to receive the photon signals corresponding to the polarization directions, and process same to generate a fused histogram; and a processor (13), which is configured to synchronize the transmitter (11) and the collector (12), and calculate the distance of the target object (20) according to the fused histogram. Therefore, the interference resistance of the optical measurement system (10) can be improved, thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio of the optical measurement system (10).
