Abstract:
Disclosed are an optical member and an optical device comprising the optical
member. Specifically disclosed is an optical member whose surface is provided
with an antireflective corrugation structure for suppressing reflection of
incident light. Also specifically disclosed is an optical device comprising
such an optical member. Namely, there is disclosed an antireflective structure
excellent in environmental resistance. An optical member (antireflective
structure) (1) comprises an optical member main body (10), and a protective film
(20) covering the surface (10a) of the optical member main body (10) and transmitting
incident light. A plurality of thin projected portions (12) are arranged on
the surface (10a) of the optical member main body (10), thereby forming an antireflective
corrugation structure (11) for suppressing reflection of incident light.
